Find Rest in Jesus' Gentle Invitation
Come unto me, all {ye} that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
— Matthew 11:28
In a world that often beats us down, Jesus extends a gentle invitation to come to Him. 'Come unto me, all you who labour and are heavy laden,' He says. 'And I will give you rest.' These words are a lifeline to the weary soul. Do you feel weighed down by the burdens of life? The struggles, the worries, the fears? Take a deep breath and turn to Jesus. He's not a taskmaster who adds to our load, but a compassionate Saviour who offers rest. Come to Him, just as you are, and let Him carry the weight.
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of rest in Jesus. Help us to come to Him, to lay down our burdens and trust in Your love. Give us the peace that only You can provide.
