So, what can you do today to guard your heart? Take a few moments to reflect on your thoughts, words, and actions. Ask yourself, 'Am I aligning my heart with God's heart?' 'Am I being intentional about the things that matter most?' Let's strive to be people of integrity, people who keep their hearts with all diligence.

Lord, help me to guard my heart with all diligence. Give me wisdom and discernment to navigate life's challenges. May my heart be pure and focused on You.
