New Creation in Christ
Therefore if any man {be} in Christ, {he is} a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. {he is: or, let him be}
— 2 Corinthians 5:17
Today's verse reminds us that when we place our faith in Christ, we become a new creation. The old patterns, habits, and mindsets that once held us back are replaced with a fresh start. All things become new, and we are given a second chance to live the life God intended for us. This is not just a theoretical concept, but a tangible reality that we can experience in our daily lives. As we walk with Christ, we are empowered to leave the past behind and step into a brighter future, one that is filled with hope, joy, and purpose.
Prayer
Dear God, thank you for making us new in Christ. Help us to live out this new creation in our daily lives, and to leave the old behind. May we experience the fullness of your love and redemption.
